The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms is essential for interpreting the obligations and rights described in this document.

"Platform" or "bdgil"

Refers to the online gaming platform operated at bdgil.net, including all associated pages, features, games, betting markets, account systems, and payment infrastructure available through that domain.

"Player" or "You"

Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdgil platform for any purpose, including browsing, placing bets, participating in casino games, or interacting with promotional content.

"Account"

The individual registered user account created by a Player on the bdgil platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen at registration.

"Bonus Funds"

Non-cashable credits awarded to a Player as part of a promotion, welcome offer, or reload bonus. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms before they may be converted to withdrawable balances.

"Real Money Balance"

The sum of funds deposited by a Player and any winnings derived from gameplay that are eligible for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a Player must bet the value of a bonus (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

"Restricted Jurisdiction"

Any country or territory in which the access to or use of online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or in which bdgil has determined it cannot legally provide services.

By accessing the bdgil platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bdgil Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and bdgil.

bdgil reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bdgil will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the bdgil platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of interpretation or dispute. bdgil is an offshore gaming platform operated internationally. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.

To use the full range of bdgil services — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

Eligibility requirements for registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bdgil strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction and may request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other non-natural persons may not register as Players.
• You may hold only one registered account on the bdgil platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from within, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or director of bdgil, or an immediate family member of any such person.

bdgil reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may have their accounts temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account login credentials. bdgil will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

bdgil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change over time; Players should check the current payment options within their account settings.

Deposit conditions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated within a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a Player's bdgil account within approximately five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• bdgil does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players should confirm applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a deposit.
• Deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is maintained as a fraud prevention and anti-money laundering measure.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, bdgil reserves the right to require completion of identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures. Players are advised to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays on their first withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests that are submitted while any bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the account will be pended until those requirements are fulfilled, or the Player may choose to forfeit the bonus balance to proceed with the withdrawal immediately.
• bdgil aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider and is outside bdgil's direct control once the withdrawal has been dispatched.

bdgil offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus — 200% First Deposit Bonus up to ৳20,000:

• The 200% welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more.
• The bonus is calculated as 200% of the qualifying deposit amount, credited as bonus funds, subject to a maximum bonus of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus funds received. Players must complete the specified wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including by creating additional accounts — will be treated as a breach of these terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.
• bdgil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino games, crash games such as Aviator, and certain slot titles may contribute at rates below 100%. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• bdgil reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim a bonus at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the bonus has been claimed through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Where a Player's betting patterns indicate bonus abuse or arbitrage strategies — including but not limited to low-risk combination betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement — bdgil reserves the right to void relevant winnings and close the account.

All games available on the bdgil platform are provided by certified third-party software suppliers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules established by its respective software provider, and those rules govern the outcome of each game round. Players are advised to review individual game rules before placing bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited while using the bdgil platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a recognised technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Accessing the platform through proxy servers, virtual private networks (VPNs), or any other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your true location.

bdgil makes every reasonable effort to ensure that games are available without interruption. However, the platform accepts no liability for service interruptions, downtime, or connectivity issues that are outside its direct control, including failures by third-party software providers, payment processors, or telecommunications infrastructure.

In the event of a disputed game outcome or betting result, the decision of bdgil — acting reasonably and in good faith — shall be final. Players who wish to dispute a game outcome or settlement must submit their complaint to [email protected] within 48 hours of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this window may not be accepted.

bdgil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at registration or during subsequent verification requests.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime using the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the bdgil support team or other players on the platform.
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age.
• Player request via the self-exclusion or account closure process.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these terms, any real money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bdgil will notify the Player of any such forfeiture in writing to the email address associated with their account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including for responsible gaming purposes — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are treated as priority matters and are processed without delay. Upon voluntary account closure with no outstanding bonus wagering obligations, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgil, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or betting market.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings, whether or not bdgil has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any action taken by bdgil in reasonable good faith in enforcing these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or closure.
• Any technical error, server failure, or communication failure outside bdgil's reasonable control.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bdgil's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved through the bdgil complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players bring all claims solely in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action proceeding.
